Russ J. Melland is a native of Jamestown, North Dakota who graduated from Jamestown College with degrees in Business Administration and Economics in 1983 and from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1991. Prior to law school, Russ had been a contractor and business owner who now uses his past experience predominantly in the areas of estate and elder law planning, trust and estate administration, real estate, construction law and litigation, business formation and representation, and all areas of taxation.
Russ is licensed in all state courts in North Dakota and Minnesota and in the federal courts in North Dakota. He is a member of the Grand Forks County, North Dakota State and Minnesota State Bar Associations.
